Akira Class Heavy Escort

In Star Trek Online we recently released a "Ships of the Line" bundle featuring all versions of the Akira-class starship in one package. As part of this release, I wanted to update our Akira-class model to bring it in line with our current visual standards, set by the Legendary starship revamps for our 10th Anniversary release. To that end I updated the model of the Akira with smoother surfaces, more detailing, and created both new hull and window materials for it.
